Jessie Younghusband School is a happy and successful primary school in the beautiful city of Chichester.

As Headteacher, I would like to warmly welcome you to Jessie Younghusband School. I started here as Headteacher in September 2021, and am thrilled to be building upon the previous successes, and to be leading the school on the next step of its journey. 

At JYS, we are proud of the achievements of all our children.  We believe this success is due to the rich and varied opportunities provided by our curriculum, and it is reflected in our school vision and values.  As a school, our priority will always be to make sure your child is safe, happy and achieving well.
